Our Neighborhood

Morning Brooke Homeowners Association, Inc. is dedicated to ensuring the beauty, safety, and stability of the area, promoting neighborliness and pride among the residents, and forming a base for representation in matters affecting the community.

We offer programs that include tennis and a variety of social activities. Morning Brooke is located off Old Suwanee Road in unincorporated Gwinnett County between Suwanee, Sugar Hill, and Buford. The neighborhood features beautiful homes, large lots, and tree-lined streets, and is nestled in rolling hills and wooded terrain. We are a master-planned neighborhood with all the amenities you’d expect from resort living!

Our onsite amenities include a pavilion, playground, pool, tennis courts, nature trail, and an off-leash dog area. Our future plans include offering pickleball on the tennis facility. 

In addition to the onsite amenities, our area has a lot to offer. The neighborhood is 10 miles from Lake Lanier Islands, which offers a water park, Lanier Islands Golf, beach areas, boating, and a spa. Within a 3-mile radius are numerous youth athletic associations (Lanier Athletic Association), music schools, restaurants, and entertainment venues. 

Our neighborhood falls in the Gwinnett County School District Lanier Cluster.
